Title: No Ordinary MixtapeArtist: OrdinaryLocation: FloridaYear Released: 2008Description: Every man is given his own gift from God. For D'Arthana "Ordinary" Burrell, this gift was that of writing. It didn't manifest in the form of song-writing until in his late teens when a friend told him that his poems could very easily become songs.
Inspired, at the time by Assassin (another young artist, known for creating shockwaves in the dancehall music industry because of his strong lyrical content) he ventured into the world of music. His secular career was short-lived as he re-dedicated his life to the Lord seven months after migrating to Florida in 2003. It was then, the content of his lyrics changed.
Ordinary has shared stages with Dj Nicholas, Bless (Prodigal Son), St. Matthew, Wingy Danejah, 2nd Chance, Dwain Walters, Dahlia Ashley, Craig C, Carlene Davis, Stitchie, Papa San, Monty G, Sherwin Gardner, Wayne Stoddart, Yankee B, Carlington Roberts to name a few.
Ordinary has had three releases over the course of his career:
1. More than an Ordinary servant Vol.1 Oct 2005
2. More than an Ordinary servant Vol.2 May 2006
3. More than an Ordinary servant Vol.3 singles Mar 2007(full album will be available later this year)
